Order tracking and confirmation emails. We send out order confirmation emails minutes after an order is placed.
For tracking emails: The cutoff for same day shipping is 12:00 Mountain time Monday - Friday. If the order was placed prior to the cutoff time, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number before midnight that day. If the order was placed after 12:00 Mountain time, then you will receive an email with your tracking number the next business day.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email or an email with tracking, it was placed in spam or quarantined by your email provider.
Gmail and Hotmail have the most aggressive spam and quarantine policies.
If you don't receive our emails and want to, you will need to alter your email setting and place [email protected] & [email protected] on your trusted senders or friends list.
If you ordered with 2nd day air shipping, please note that 2nd day air takes 3 days to arrive and doesn't include weekend delivery or weekend transit time This is clearly stated in the Buy Ure-Na page of ure-Na.com
